I'm a photographer and visual artist based in Atlanta. Most of my work starts with a simple belief, that every person carries something worth being seen, and that the camera, when used with care, can actually find it.
The Art of Human Expression is my ongoing portrait series. It's about time. About sitting with someone long enough that the posing drops away and the real shines through. We're all made in the image of God, and this series is just trying to show that.
Outside of this work, I co-direct AB+DM Studio alongside Ahmad Barber, where we create fashion and advertising photography for editorial and brand clients. I also teach through Learn With AB+DM, a platform built for emerging creatives who want to take their work seriously.
Faith is underneath all of it. The way I see people, and the patience the work requires.
